With this loaded, when I try to set a stream's video quality, the settings gear spins continuously unless I select Auto or Source, and changes to lower qualities don't take effect. Upon a stream's loading or refresh, the preferred quality setting is applied for a few seconds, after which Auto is applied. The stream I've observed this on is TwitchPresents, and I have noticed it happen on other streams, but am not sure if it applies to all streams or not.

I'm having the same issue. For channels that I am subbed to, I have no issues with setting the stream to the highest resolution. In channels that I'm not subbed to it automatically downgrades to 360p or 480p. For example, I start watching Shroud (subbed to) in 1080p Source resolution then I switch to Lirik (not subbed) it will remain in highest resolution for a few seconds then automatically downgrade to super low res with no way to fix. I can select a higher resolution, but it just keeps trying to load the higher resolution with no success. Hope this makes sense and helps resolve the issue.
