[Feature request] - Allow adding trajectory estimates by non-root logins

At the moment one needs to be logged in as the root account on Alyx to add and change trajectory estimates for probe insertions. When you're not logged in as root you can create a probe insertion but you cannot add trajectory estimates (if the trajectory estimates already exist you can change them though). It would be nice if you can do that with a normal login.

The power of root access is way to dangerous in the hands of fools like me. I already accidentally removed the existence of the 3B probe model label from ALL the recordings. Twice. Luckily Olivier could fix it both times. But it's only a matter of time until somebody accidentally removes all the ephys recordings or something.

We've extended the permissions to the responsible users and the ones with delegated access.
This is for next Alyx release, hopefully by the end of the week.
