Audio cue delay based on soundcard #657

Modify task QC to use soundcard parameter in V8 to determine the audio delay threshold.

'device_sound': {'OUTPUT': 'xonar'},
For xonar and system we can be lax, while for harpwe can enforce a decent latency.

This would hopefully increase the number of training sessions to pass task QC.
