doc: add more details for L2 Kernel configuration

TPM related configurations `CONFIG_TCG_TPM` and `CONFIG_TCG_CRB` are
required to load TPM CRB driver and `CONFIG_IMA` is required to enable
Linux Integrity Measurement Architecture (IMA) subsystem.

A reference Kernel config for L2 guest is uploaded.
