General improvements to the thermal management system and the configuration parser.

  • updated docs
  • simplified the specification of fans and heaters slightly
  • better explanation of M106/M107 control unit
  • now that we adjust some of the config settings on startup (fan channels) I have added a way of ignoring those settings when writing out to local.cfg
  • added a set() method to the config parser for legacy code
  • auto-tuning now working with new control scheme
