[Build 38] Apps do not work/'update' when on mobile data

Whatsapp (sideloaded apk) is unable to sync new messages when I'm on Mobile Data (3G). However, it is able to when I'm connected to WiFi.

i am also unable to refresh my instagram feed while on mobile data. On WiFi it works fine. When I delete the instagram app and try to redownload it via mobile data I get an error 413 and it doesn't work.

YouTube app is unable to stream videos at all while on mobile data.

However, updating of Twitter feed works on mobile data.

Black screen on rotating still present in #38.

App "SMS Backup & Restore" is not supported by our CM9 One X, but on Sense One X I can download it find from Play Store.

I can confirm this issue is still present on #38. Did a full wipe. Any fix?

Have tried Build 41. Unfortunately, my issue is still present. I am only able to set up Whatsapp with WiFi. I have done a superwipe beforehand. Some apps such as 'Line' are still unable to be downloaded. Instagram fails to login as well. Sorry for the trouble ><

Do you mean 'Line messenger'? If so, then it looks like the latest changes haven't been built into build 41, as it appears on my own build. Don't apologise :)

Could this be related to SSL? Could someone try browsing to https://msp.f-secure.com/web-test/common/test.html on mobile data to be sure that it loads?

Tested the site on full wipe nothing installed build #41 stock browser and it works. :) Instagram app unable to be downloaded on Mobile Data still.
