1808 Author bios are strings, not objects #240

Most author bios are JSON objects with value: "the text of the bio" and type: "type/text" but some are just bio: " the text of the bio".

Manual editing appears to fix this, but seems like it could be a bot opportunity as well.

jq 'select(.bio | strings) ' on the author dump locates the ones with this issue.
