Describe the bug
The CISA SCRM framework does not show the questions, while they exist in the xlsx file in 'tools/cisa/'.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Frameworks'
  2. Search for 'VENDOR SUPPLY CHAIN RISK MANAGEMENT (SCRM) TEMPLATE'
  3. Check the questions

This is a display issue. If you click on the item you can see the questions. And if you use table mode, you'll see the questions directly.
We will work on a new layout for standard mode when there are questions (especially when there's no title).
