Trouble with docker install on Windows 11.

I am trying to do the docker installation of the stable version of InvenTree.
Upon running this line,

docker compose run --rm inventree-server invoke update

I get a bunch of stuff but the final line is this:

InvenTree translation coverage: 19%

Then, upon executing this:

docker compose up -d

I get this:

Then if I check what containers are running with docker compose ps, I get:

I installed the dev version by following the steps for docker install in the contributing.md page.
