Couple of minor graph/plot suggestions:

The black on red labels are hard to see
For both plots, it would be nice to have the option to aggregate the bar plots by quarter, and also by year
For the Regional Metrics, plot the met and wave messages independently (lower priority)

I'm not too familiar with Plotly to know what's possible.
