Still an early release. Reason for release: minor changes to IXI.

  • integrate log4j2 for logging
  • reduce bytes per transaction by 33% through compression
  • implement transaction bundles
  • implement value transfers (no signature verification yet)
  • add GossipFilter to IXI
  • write docs/CONTRIBUTE.md
  • generate docs/CLASSES.md
