We should be able to grab data from here

The wildcard (*) can be replaced with the channel ID. Should be 1_{CHANNEL_ID}. Example: 1_2247.

That's a Fortinet-styled IP lock message, to just say that you're using an IP that's in their pool of blacklisted addresses.

If I use a VPN set to Sao Paulo, I get this :
