Observed behaviour

I created a portal frame at base, and then one at my destination (around 5k blocks away)
I inserted a portal into the frame at base, and the teleported back to my destination (via commands) and inserted the second portal.
I went through the portal frame at base, and upon arrival to my destination, the second portal frame disappears. If I teleport back to base, I can still use the portal to get to my destination, but the second portal frame is not visible. It's a one-way trip.

Expected behaviour

I expected the second portal frame to not disappear

Steps to reproduce

Create a portal frame somewhere
Create a second portal frame somewhere far away
Link up the two frames via portal spell
Walk through
One will disappear
The first one should still exist, and can be used. One way only.
