Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Cheat Mode
2. Put some armor
3. Use /kill command kill self

I just put this mod into my game environment, and whether it's a new archive or a previous one, just using the /kill command causes the armor to be destroyed. I tesed so many times to confirm it.
