Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This is related to #83 since it involves search.

Current isomer does not support fuzzy search and sometimes the results shown is not accurate as raised by one of our users. Search results will only be accurate when the keywords appears in certain parts of the page.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement elastic search, to allow fuzzy search and to improve search performance of the site.
