Describe the bug
Menu doesn't seem to be showing on certain screen size

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Not sure if it is limited to only gsib, will monitor it

Expected behavior
Menu shouldn't disappear

Device is HP elite X2 1012 G2, screen size 12.3”. Both devices are using Microsoft windows, Google Chrome browser.
