address book standard country

Hi Folk,
within the shop configuration I set the standard for billing and shipping addresses. It's just one country. So I don't ask for the country during registration and adding new addresses to the address book.

In the backend address book it sets the first available country. Afganistan. So the address won't show up in the checkout process.

In Isotope 2.8.8 (PHP 7.3 + C 4.9) it worked
In Isotope 2.8.9 (PHP 8.1 + C 4.13) not.

that's interesting. The back end does not have a relation to the shop configuration, that's probably why it's not limited at all. I wonder why this should have worked in 4.9 though 🤔
would you be able to check if it works with PHP 8.1, Contao 4.13 and the older Isotope version?

Also, I understand correctly you're adding a new address to a member in the back end?
