Problem description (optional)

At the Moment, the Configuration files for Lombok and Spotbugs are available in the project structure and there is no global maintenance for them. Each project needs their own config files

Desired solution

Research, if the spotbugs and Lombok config can be added as dependency like PMD. If possible, make tickets inside the refarch-project and add them to the refarch tools. Add the Configuration to the EAI-Template

Considered alternatives (optional)

If its not possible, add the config files to the EAI-Template
