Cannot edit lists

When trying to edit the list, it will not let me add or delete unique enemies on the list. It will show it happens, but once I reload the list, it goes back to how it was originally.
In the first image, it shows the Bots and Bugs unique enemies that I deleted. The 2nd image is me reloading the list and the enemies I inserted is gone.
Note: removing enemies in the unique category does not work either.

Could you give detailed instructions for how to reproduce the issue, along with version numbers for everything? Game, mod loader, easy edit, as well as any other mods that you need to have active to experience the bug.

The instruction list should contain every button click from the a game restart to see the bug happening.
With reproduction instructions it might be possible to debug it and apply a fix.
