Built a pipeline for building and testing PR submission and aftwerwards merged changes. An example could be found here:

Pipeline for release is triggered whenever a new artifact appears built on the master branch. e,g,:
https://kostya9.visualstudio.com/codewars-bot/_releaseProgress?_a=release-pipeline-progress&releaseId=3

This is a PoC only, so currently deploys the bot to an azure app service on my personal account
