This weekend I've been working on some long-overdue updates and improvements to this package. However, while updating my knowledge of this space, I realized that Microsoft now has a more officially supported package: https://www.npmjs.com/package/vscode-azurekudu

I'm thinking about possibly deprecating this package and pointing people to vscode-azurekudu at some point soon. I don't actually depend on kudu-api anymore, which is a large part of why I haven't had the time to make improvements and bug fixes.

If this package provides unique value that vscode-azurekudu doesn't, please chime in and let me know!
