This bot isn't exactly designed with the idea that you would use it in your own servers, but I wanted to add documentation for the commands anyways

/disablereplies does just that, where it disables the bot automatically replying to the person who uses it
/enablereplies does the opposite, enabling the bot automatically replying to the person who uses it

/allowchannel enables the bot replying to messages in the specific channel the command is used in. Only usable by allowed users.
/blockchannel disables the bot replying to messages in the specific channel the command is used in. Only usable by allowed users.

/disablereplytoggle disables the selected user's ability to freely toggle their reply status. Only usable by allowed users.
/enablereplytoggle enables the selected user's ability to freely toggle their reply status. Only usable by allowed users.

/globalenable enables the bot replying to ALL users across ALL servers. Only usable by allowed users.
/globaldisable disables the bot replying to ALL users across ALL servers. Only usable by allowed users.
/replystatus displays if the global bot replies are currently enabled/disabled

/installation is literally just the bot sending 3 embeds worth of information for #installation on the Northstar discord server, there's no reason anyone but me would need this. Only usable by allowed users.

/autoreplytriggers shows an ephemeral embed with a list of what triggers auto responses. Only usable by allowed users.
/help shows an embed with the 3 commands users can use, gives info about the bot, and links to this page

/msdownmessageon allows sending a specific response for when the master server is down. Only usable by allowed users.
/msdownmessageoff disables the specific response for when the master server is down. Only usable by allowed users.

/reload reloads all cogs in the files. Only usable by allowed users.
/sync syncs all slash commands in the files. Only usable by allowed users.
/setstatus is a command to set the bot status to say Listening to {user input here}. Only usable by allowed users.

/enableusercommands gives the specified user access to using most of Spectre's commands. Only usable by me.
/disableusercommands removes the specified user's ability to use most of Spectre's commands. Only usable by me.
/permissionlist lists the users that are allowed to use Spectre's bigger commands. Only usable by allowed users.
