This PR updates the GitHub Actions workflow to properly convert an IPA file into a DEB package by correctly structuring the DEB directories and adding necessary control files. It also ensures that the DEB file is correctly built and uploaded as an artifact. Also fixed the
dpkg-deb: error: '/home/runner/work/deb-to-ipa/deb-to-ipa/app.deb' is not a Debian format archive(Thanks ChatGPT lol)
