ipcookie get failed on ie 11

Hi there,

Thank for the solution, it works fine on every browsers else than ie 11.

I'm getting an exception line 91 in angular-cookie.js.

Do you have any more debug information, such as stack traces and examples of how you used it?

I could not store any cookies inside browser of IE 11 and Edge. where as for chrome and FF, its working fine.

Man, seriously, that's annoying.

It's not the first time they've mentioned me in this topic, and I have nothing to do with it.

I don't use this tool or whatever it is.

I don't know what the idea is here, but this has become irritating.
