I want to create mods,but i didno find any export plugin for blender 2.79..

Hi, there seems to be an official Blender plug-in; see https://github.com/j2me-preservation/MascotCapsule/tree/master/bactra-blender
However, it is probably for an ancient version of Blender. It should be certainly possible to write a new exporter from scratch, but I currently don't have any plans to do so.
