Bump axios and @storybook/icons

Removes [axios](https://github.com/axios/axios). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@storybook/icons](https://github.com/storybookjs/icons). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `@storybook/icons` from 1.1.2 to 1.2.9
