Currently the file jqassistant-report.xml created by the analyze task/goal is used for integrating into tools like SonarQube or Teamscale.

With the SARIF file format there's an OASIS standard that is supported by a wide and growing range of tools and platforms (e.g. GitHub.

So we should consider to provide a SARIF report plugin similar to the currently existing XML report plugin.
