Clean uninstall not possible

  • jack2-win64-v1.9.21

  • Win 10 64bit 21H2

windows 64-bit installer: jack2-win64-v1.9.21.exe

  • install jack2
  • make changes to setup > settings > advanced
  • uninstall jack2 via HiBit Uninstaller (or windows uninstaller)
  • re-install jack2
  • changes made to (setup > settings > advanced) are still there

Have tried: disk cleanup, re-start, manually deleted all recent entries in c:\users{name}\appdata\local\temp, run registry cleaner

expect default advanced settings to be refreshed, but they persist from previous install

this is just now innosetup works internally. it caches the selection from previous installs.

Not familiar with innosetup - do you happen to know the script to uninstall jack2 ?

what I mean is, what if I want it to forget previous installs?
