关于播放m3u8的兼容问题 #64

问题描述：
1. 在使用该播放器播放m3u8文件时，出现在谷歌浏览器播放没有问题，但是在IE和360兼容模式下会出现，播放一段后就卡住不再播放了。
2. 查看网络请求后，发现一直请求m3u8一直返会304 好像用的是缓存。

这个是什么问题，怎么解决
