The minimum feature set for this app will include:

Create new lists. Lists should have a name that can be set by the user.
Create tasks. Tasks should be assigned to a list (maybe a default list?) and should be able to have a reminder set. The Tasks may have 0-multiple reminders.
The ability to edit and delete lists and tasks
