Using http://noshon.it/blog/2013/08/how-to-make-the-best-cold-brew-iced-coffee/ as starter:

• 1 part coffee, coarsely ground
• 1 part hot water
• 3.5 parts cold water

1. Add coffee to a large jug
2. Add hot water to the coffee to allow it to bloom
3. Add cold water to the jug
4. Stir
5. Let it stand for 4.5 hours

To serve

1. 20ml of maple syrup
2. 50/50 mix of milk and coffee extract
