Several new actions

1. Changed the folder structure to a noun-verb-description model i.e. vm-action-clone
2. This changes the order things appear by default in the schemas.json
3. Change the name in messages.json so it groups together nicely in the Octoblu interface
4. Created Clone, suspend, resume, force shutdown, snapshot, and snapshot on quiesce.
