Transmit Function

For those wanting to transmit as an ibeacon, this repository came in handy: https://github.com/hiddestokvis/TitaniumBeaconTransmitter

You have to build it and it requires android 5. When I am better versed in native code, I may contribute towards a branch, unless someone else wants to add this functionality to the awesome liferay module?
