ST2 Error Fixes

This release is an attempt to fix the trailing comma and parsing errors when installing Predawn on ST2.

Predawn, a dark interface and syntax theme for Sublime Text.

Predawn is a complete reworking of what I used to call Flatland-Alt, which was a slightly tweaked version of the popular Flatland theme.

I continued with a total reworking of the theme, including:

1. New interface colors
2. New icons
3. Changes to the sidebar sizing options
4. Revised syntax color scheme
5. and New Dock Icons

Version 1.0.1 is a small correction to errors made in the messages file
