Hello,
first of all, thank you for this great app! 👍
I have been running calibre-web on my home server for half a year
and I noticed that various files (PDF, epub, etc.) disappear over time.
All that remains are the book entries (metadata).
I only use calibre-web to display books on the intranet and do not synchronize devices with it.
If it is a built-in function, can it be deactivated?
Thank you very much!
Kind regards
John (Datenknecht)
I'm using calibre-web since many years myself. Never ever disappeared any files, and definitely not out of nowhere. There is no built in function to delete files.
The only actions to "delete" files, is renaming titles and authors, as then the files are renamed, if there is going something wrong, the file could get renamed and no longer found from calibre-web
