Rewrite Plus Improvement Patch v3.0.1

Sekai Project released a major update a couple days ago. I highly recommend that everyone updates their game and installs this new version of the patch.

Current changes

• Sizuru -> Shizuru

• Uncensored images are restored from the Japanese version of Rewrite+
