sharepoint-angular-peoplepicker needs jquery (see https://github.com/jasonvenema/sharepoint-angular-peoplepicker/blob/master/sp-peoplepicker.js#L48).

This should at least be documented. Best it should used the angular.element and also work with the reduced jqLite.
