Internet detector script is not correctly escaped

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use this content in "Run the Script When the State of Internet Access is 
Changed:"
date +%s # or any %character will do
2. Apply 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the same content I've entered in the text box.
Instead, after apply, %s gets translated in ?''

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.x.3.9-095 on rt-n56u
