request removal of annoying prompt " You cannot Login unless logout snother user first"

Current using dispatch-proxy on win10 to utilize both 2.4 & 5Ghz at the same 
time. I use internal wifi and usb wireless wifi to connect to router. Ip is 
fixed, 10.0.1.2 & 10.0.1.3.

My issue, accessing GUI give me this prompt
" 

Login user IP: 10.0.1.2

You cannot Login unless logout another user first.
"

Temporary remedy, i click refresh web page until GUI display correctly.
