Good morning

Upgraded to Brackets version 1.1 two days ago. Paste functionality for this extension has ceased to function. Have tried uninstall/reinstall, no affect. The copy and cut functionality's are unaffected.

Have downgraded Brackets to version 1.0, paste works again.

With greetings

Confirmed. I get the same behavior on Ubuntu Linux 14.10 (Utopic Unicorn). I have downgraded, and it is working just fine.

I did a new install and it doesn't work at all. It adds the options as you right click, and the copy portion works (bc you can paste the highlighted text elsewhere) however, the paste function does not work within brackets. I tried to downgrade and had the same problem. Has anyone had an luck resolving this?

Good morning

2 items. First to Jason - have just tested the development version as of 22 january 2015 for another reason, and tested this functionality at the same time. Still the same as in my initial post above.
2nd item.
@cmkeenan - After testing 1.2.xxx (as in item 1), I downgraded again to version 1.0.xxx, so far the only version where the functionality appears to be ok. Did not purge beforehand, simply over-the-top install. All functionality for right-click-extended was again available. Can I ask - what operating system are you running? If it is Linux, then you need to install xclip for right-clip-extended to work. Any other operating system, sorry, have no advice and no knowledge.
My second question - to what version did you downgrade? Did you try to downgrade to version 1.0 (Oct 31 2014 ). If you are unable to obtain that version from the Brackets website, I have both the linux 32 and 64 bit builds for Debian, plus the Windows msi files, so may be able to help if you are running Debian and/or Windows. I know that the Linux version downgrades successfully and return full functionality to Brackets. However, have no idea for Windows if also applicable, sorry.

Paste function not working here too. Strange - it did work to begin with but then stopped.

I try to right click on any of the files but the button copy or paste does not appear. I did apt-get install xclip it does not change anything.

let's bump until fixed or freezed, should be "copy/cut" funcitonality, if "paste" not supported anymore.
