Been having some major issues with thermal control--as we all know the SL3 has a suboptimal thermal design. Heard that maybe using FakeSMC rather than Virtual SMC could help? As of rn, not getting any fan data to MacOS. Thermal data is also super unstable. Might troubleshoot soon and give it a shot. I'll report back here if I do.

Awesome! Yeah, we have a discussion here. Making it work will definitely make the system more useable! Now the fan just spinning super fast once in a while. And when the machine overheats, it is a nightmare. 😢
