mise hangs in GitHub Actions when installing from ref

Description

I am installing Elixir from a ref (ref:52eaf1456182d5d6cce22a4f5c3f6ec9f4dcbfd9) and in GitHub actions it seems to hang after installing successfully.

Locally, it exits cleanly.

Any clue as to what is happening?

Idk, I switched to using nix as an alternative in CI.
