How To: Specify min version for a tool

I recently ran mise upgrade and it only says "All up to date". But as of today my tools are clearly outdated:

tuist = '3.28.0' # Create, maintain, and interact with Xcode projects at scale
swiftlint = '0.54.0' # A tool to enforce Swift style and conventions.
swiftformat = '0.53.0' # A code formatter for Swift
carthage = '0.39.1'

So my question is how do I specify minimum (major|minor|patch) versions like it is possible with ruby gems?

Oh I actually found it. Correct me if I'm wrong. We just have to specify the version component we want to have fixed - right? So for tuist, if I want the newest 3.x.x version:

tuist = "3"
