Describe your use-case which is not covered by existing documentation.

informations need to be updated with the code evolution, for example https://github.com/jenkins-infra/pipeline-library/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#technical-requirements

In order to work with that repository you will need:

    OpenJDK 8: https://openjdk.java.net/projects/jdk8/
    Maven 3.6+: https://maven.apache.org/download.cgi

could be linked with updatecli with a source from :

see https://github.com/jenkins-infra/jenkins-infra/blob/production/updatecli/weekly.d/jenkinscontroller-tools-maven.yaml for example

Reference any relevant documentation, other materials or issues/pull requests that can be used for inspiration.
