@NotMyFault I'm not sure how to fix the second point in #3969 (comment). If I'm not wrong, apparently I made a mistake on the PR to host the plugin. I specified a wrong user in "Jenkins project users to have release permission". I wrote the username. Should I wrote the email?: [email protected] instead? I appreciate if you could give me any hint on how to solve this to do a first release.

Everything is correct, an email wouldn't work and the bot would have told you.
The username specified must match the LDAP username you used to sign up on accounts.jenkins.io
