I think that the closing section of " Dealing with commas as part of data values in *.csv files" would be enhanced by discussion of Tab Separated Values files as an alternative strategy to dealing with the large data sets that have commas in the values rather than pointing to R, Python, and bash scripting in future lessons.
Students would have a more actionable and complete strategy to tackle those types of issues immediately rather than having to take further courses.
