Feature Request: Encrypted QR Codes

An option to generate the encrypted message into a QR code.

Is this to encode the "quick link" URL as a QR code? Or to actually create a massive QR encoding of the encrypted string?

To have a message which will be displayed along with a QR code. No need to encrypt a QR Image, but to have a client side QR code decoder on the message if the message is set as a QR code.
