i downloaded some japanese models (by simply copy & pasted hugging face repo id)
and whenever i tried to use them, the webui fails to load the model.

downloaded models are in Whisper-WebUI\models\Whisper\faster-whisper\each model's name.

some are safe tensor and some are bin.

is there any way to solve this issue?

Hi. Each implementation (faster-whisper, whisper, insanely-fast-whisper) uses a different type of model format, and you need to use the correct type of model.

What is the model repo id you're using?
