CAT12 image denoising as a Docker container
CAT SANLM denoising filter implementation (Manjon et al. 2010) made available as a dockerized command.
Container default execution expects a NIfTI-formatted image as input_file
and an output_directory
where the denoised version of the image is created
(same name as the input image with _dn
suffix). Command is compatible with
either 3D or 4D MRI images.
This Docker image derives from the baseline CAT12 standalone Docker image.
