Provide possibility to select minutes (in TimePicker) based on configurable interval

First of all I'd like to thank you for this great DateTime-Picker component, it looks really great and is very fancy to use!

Also I'd like to request/ suggest another feature, in which it can be configured for the TimePicker, to select the minutes (in the clock view) on a pre-configured interval only, instead of every minute.

Example: The user should only be able to select and choose the minutes in an interval of 15 minutes. So only valid options would be xx:15, xx:30, xx:45 and xx.00.

In my use case we actually would like the interval to be 5 minutes, so: xx:00, xx:05, xx:10, xx:15, ...

Would be really awesome if you could make it possible!
